Data deletion — Neon ZombieRoad

Developer: Marsala Yazılım A.Ş.

Game progress

Your progress, currencies and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling Neon ZombieRoad (or clearing the app's storage) deletes all of it immediately. We hold no copy.

Purchase, analytics and crash data

RevenueCat keeps an anonymous app user ID with your purchase history; Firebase keeps pseudonymous analytics events and crash reports. To delete them:

1. Email info@marsalasoft.com with the subject "Neon ZombieRoad data deletion".
2. Include the Google Play order number (GPA.xxxx) or App Store order ID if you made a purchase, and your device model.
3. We delete the matching records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleted: anonymous app user ID, purchase history, analytics events and crash reports linked to it. Retained: nothing, except transaction data Apple or Google must keep for their own legal and tax obligations (held by them, not by us). Ad data is controlled by Google: reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
